Returns
Our Returns Policy:
- To be eligible for a refund your non-final sale item must be new and in the original condition that you received it.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
To Initiate a return please use the contact us form and have RETURN plus your order number in the subject.
We asked that any item returned is adequately packed and any damages to the packaging will be charged to the purchases.
All refunds must go back to the original purchaser.
If your delivery has been delayed, lost or misplaced we will investigate the issue and send out a replacement if possible or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
